mywater® purifiers are the world’s first intelligent and fully automated system that convert all types of contaminated tap water into pure mineral water, right when you need it. Since the day i have gotten Mywater, my water troubles are over. im extremely satisfied with their service and water quality. at first i was a bit hesitant since they use tap water and put it through a refining process. but Ammar the brains behind this company sat me through the whole process and explained how it is safe and pure in every possible way, theoretically and practically! If you want to save yourself from the physical routine of lifting the heavy cans and putting them on dispensers then mywater is the best. if you dont want to worry about keeping a track on the water delivery people coming on time especially in times when you run out of water, then mywater is the right choice for you. Their service has been on point up till now, if there are any problems their representatives are at your doorstep at the committed time. This is the new thing now!

Product Pros:
The concept is brilliant. Simple and easy to use. Completely hassle-free and well managed. Digital management of filters and water usage through a mobile app. No more dingy plastic bottles. Easy payment system.

I got the wall unit installed. Since the installation team was unable to clearly answer my question, I shall assume that the filter does not work without electricity. Any water going through the filter when the electricity if off will not be treated.
Installation and Sales:
The installation of the wall unit was completed today (30th July). Unfortunately, the experience was not that great. Two visits were required to complete the installation (29th and 30th July). Excuses were made. Time was wasted. Zero follow ups from the technicians or the complaint center.
Installation team seems to be in a rush when they’re working. You need to redefine your SOPs so that one step is done at a time. If you can call me then I can further explain what happened.
Your sales team did not inform me of any potential issues that could occur during installations where older fittings are involved. I feel they are just out to make a quick buck and get their commission. I strongly suggest you send your installation team to do surveys. If they had guided me better this review would be been a sweet and short one.
To give you a better idea – I had convinced my boss to sign up for this device. But as soon as I experienced the issues with the installation, I cancelled my office account. I had also recommended this to another friend and told him to hold back.

We had been getting large mineral water bottles before but there's no way to gauge the quality of that water plus those are exposed to all sorts of elements till they reach us. I recently installed the mywater system at my home. When I moved from Lahore to Karachi, I definitely felt the difference of the water quality. So, I was constantly purchasing large bottles of water regularly, more so than normal. With the help of the mywater system’s installation and the app, it’s going to save me the hassle of going to get those 19 liter bottles and dragging them around. The best part is that it also helps me save money. With the app, I don’t have to worry about forgetting when I have do change the filters. So not only does it save money, it also skips the whole hassle of remembering when I have to do maintenance and I just have to use the tap. As a person who is big on fitness, another added bonus is that the water that comes from the mywater system is alkaline. It helps me stay hydrated longer while I work out like crazy.
What’s great about this system is that it is giving me mineral water, without that plastic bottle too. So, in conclusion: you get to save money, drink healthier and reduce waste.

My water has been a huge support for me especially in days like these,and being in Karachi means you’ve to find a way to have clean and pure water. And then one of my frnd recommended me my water,m amazed to see how reasonable it is and how promising the results are. As a mom I've always been very concerned about the water that I offer my kids to drink. When the Mywater team performed the electrolyte test on the bottled water that we were drinking, it completely shocked me! I could have never imagined it to be so contaminated .. i am using my water for almost 20 days now the water quality and TDS is almost half of I was using before the water taste and overall Hassel of bottles are near to none no worried of bottle deliveries and bottle itself have severe issue of contamination so excellent service and staff is very friendly I recommend mywater it's worth taking risk as there is no upfront cost only water charges which u already paying
